How Does Our Subscription Service Work?

STEP 1:
First choose the type of box you would like to receive on a regular basis. Ypu can choose a Weekly or Monthly subscription plan.

STEP 2:
When the secure Direct Debit mandate form appears on screen, complete the fields in red, then click the Green Button.

PLEASE NOTE:
The address you enter in the mandate form must be the address that is registered with your Debit or Credit Card.
As default, we'll deliver your boxes to the same address.

STEP 3:
Once you submit the completed form online, we will then initiate the process with your bank to set up a new Direct Debit Instruction (mandate) .
Once active, and we've processed your 1st order, your subscription will then be active.
We'll then deliver your order to your home based on the subscription you have chosen.
